• Introduction to coffee: The journey from bean to cup Arabica & Robusta, growing, harvesting, processing, quality grading, sourcing, roasting and brewing.

• Learning about the variables that need to be considered when brewing coffee and how they influence coffee taste – includes demonstrations.

• Various activities from V60/Filter, French Press and AeroPress brewing to tasting different recipes
