Shipping

Orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked48.

Orders under £30 incur a shipping cost of £ 3.65.

If you spent over £30 you qualify for free delivery. Free delivery is to UK only. Please remember to tick the box next to “free delivery” at the checkout.

Although we cannot promise, we make every effort to process orders the same day; orders are packed and shipped from Tuesday – Friday.

Orders are shipped to the shipping address given during your checkout process.

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail. However, if you haven’t received your parcel within 10 working days of the dispatch date, please contact us on 0191-4474552 or vial email info@kaffeehauscoffee.co.uk. We will then follow up with Royal Mail and, if Royal Mail confirms that your parcel has been lost, issue a refund.

We reserve the right to change our delivery method at any time using a reliable service.

Returns

As coffee is a consumable good, we can only replace or refund your coffee order if it is faulty or damaged in any way. This is subject to assessment by our KAFFEEHAUS team. You will need to contact us within 48hrs after receiving your coffee on 0191-4474552 or by email info@kaffeehauscoffee.co.uk

Brewing equipment and other non-consumable goods can be returned unused and in its original packaging within 14 days of purchase.

This returns policy does not affect your legal right, for example, if goods are faulty or described incorrectly.
