Designed in 1941 by chemist and inventor Dr. Peter Schlumbohm, the Chemex Coffee Maker has become a much loved household staple for coffee lovers all over the world. This is not only thanks to the Chemex's extremely elegant design, inspired by the Bauhaus school of design and the non-porous labware used for his Chemistry experiments, but also due to it's ability to brew a perfect coffee time and time again. Used along with the scientifically designed Chemex Bonded filters this pour over system repeatedly brews an extremely clean and flavoursome cup.
