Harmony is our Haus decaf. Formerly named Sycamore Gap, this wonderful decaffeinated bean comes from Brazil and has been roasted to a medium profile to work well for espresso based drinks as well as home brew methods. Harmony makes a sweet bold cup lacking in caffeine, but definitely not in flavour.
