Our Sycamore Gap is currently a delicious Nicaraguan coffee from the Yalí hills, in the Jinotega region. We wanted to create a delicious single origin coffee that can handle plenty of milk as well as lend itself to all brewing methods. With hints of cocoa, sweet tobacco and a fruity burst, our Sycamore Gap makes a wonderful black morning brew but also compliments milk nicely for a smooth and creamy finish should you want it.
