Our Sycamore Gap is a delicious Indian coffee from the Cauvery Peak Estate in the Shevaroys region. We wanted to create a delicious single origin coffee that can handle plenty of milk as well as lend itself to all brewing methods. Our Sycamore Gap makes a wonderful black morning brew but also compliments milk nicely for a smooth and creamy finish should you want it.
