Our Sycamore Gap is currently an Indonesia coffee from the North Sumatra region. We wanted to create a delicious single origin coffee that can handle plenty of milk as well as lend itself to all brewing methods. With hints baked apple and malted biscuits, it makes a wonderful black morning brew but also compliments milk nicely for a smooth and creamy finish should you want it.
