Rachel Parsons is a project coffee for gender equality and showcases the work of female farmers in Guatemala. Roasted to a medium profile, its wonderful sweet base with subtle florals and juicy orange notes make it an excellent choice for espresso based coffees as well as alternative brewing styles such as the V60.
